My Fair Little Lady

Gabby is trying to phase out napping. The only problem is around early evening she usually becomes "Crabby Gabby"! Sometimes it's all we can do to keep her awake until bedtime. If we let her fall asleep too early she wakes up in the middle of the night wanting to be up for the day. Needless to say, that's rather unappealing to the rest of us!

When her mommy leaves for an evening of school or work I have strict orders to not let the Little Miss fall asleep. As you can see, sometimes that's just a whole lot easier said than done!!!

I was in ~ shall we say ~ the Ladies room ~ for about 1 minute and she climbed up on my bed and went out like a light.

I've tried and tried {along with BaPa's help} to wake the little sleeping one, but still she slumbers on. Scott is just taking pizza out of the oven, so I'll try again. I'm hoping it works. If not, well.....

SORRY MOMMY ~ I TRIED!

Oh Danette, she is such a doll!!! Her little curls and those cupid lips! Cutting out naps, such a hard thing to do when you are a big girl. LOL

Good day to all bloggers! Spring has sprung outside and so have we! Trying to get the yard in shape for spring and summer fun, the outside becomes our 2cond home as soon as the weather welcomes us. Danette Gabby looks so sweet sleeping (beauty). I understand your dilemma, my little one is doing the same. Mother nature has stepped in to help, and after a couple of hours playing in the fresh air, sleep has come back in to the picture. Thank you God. When your weather gets warmer , Gabby will sleep all night! Blessings to all Love, kathy

Look at that little angel...aaaa...I have chronic fatigue, so napping can be essential, so I've returned to the joy of napping. :o) Happy day to you all, Danette ((HUGS))

Hi Danette, so sorry I haven't visited in ages. I don't know what happened but I lost all of the first few people who I had as favorites and didn't realize I wasn't getting your posts until I linked up through Walking on Sunshine. Your Gabby is a living doll baby. Blessings, Karen

Everyone needs a nap, I think the whole world should take one right after lunch! Let her sleep, remember your the Grandma, so do what ever you want! ;)

I saw your comment about being allergic to chocolate, me too! It makes me feel like I have a bladder infection and my heart races. I thought I was the only one out there who was not eating chocolate by the fist fulls. Thanks for making me feel a bit more normal in a chocoholic womens world.
Blessings,
Donna Lynn
