Taking Care of Business

There's nothing quite like a little teamwork. I thought I'd let everybody know I do have a silent business partner. Well...OK, maybe with a name like "Gabby", you can pretty much figure out she's not exactly "silent". She gets right down to business the minute she sees me at the computer needing assistance! Of course she likes to periodically take a little taste of any pens or markers that might be lying about. She enjoys the fact that all business can be conducted while wearing her jammies!

One of her favorite aspects of the partnership is to do random inventory checks on product availability (otherwise known as sneak attacks on the yarn when Grammy isn't looking!). I guess she is under the false impression this gives her job security. It really makes her day when she can coax the cat into helping her with the counting process.

She has also discovered that at the end of a day of too much work and not enough play a girl sure gets tuckered out!

Oh, Gabby, what a great helper to Grammy you are! Maybe your next assignment will be to train Grandpa while he's home for a few days!
Hugs and Moochie Kisses to you, Gabster!

P.S. I put more sticker guys in my purse for the next time I see you! :-D

She is a great helper! And if anyone can train Grandpa (or anyone else) it's sure to be her. And, of course, she is looking forward to the "sticker guys" - we're fresh out! P.S. Check my shop site for that new wrap.

The poncette is adorable! The name is perfect - I can picture Bridget in that!

Is it time for my nap yet!? I've been working hard all day, I promise.

And the flower on the wrap is perfect.

NAP? What?!! You're supposed to be developing a taste for mint in your spare time! You can put it with chocolate if you want.

(Nice typo, huh? I'm sure the poncette is just as nice as the poncHette. Oops!)

If I have to learn to like mint I'm certainly not going to ruin any chocolate in order to do it.

And I thought maybe you were just using an Italian spelling for Ponchette. You know, like dolce.

(I just deleted this and reposted it because of my own typo, and there was nothing Italian about it!)

You Girls are NUTS! Hmmm...that's a thought, how about nuts with your mint chocolate. Maybe that would make it go down better.

Nuts?! Just because I am nuts doesn't mean I have to eat them. Just give me the chocolate and eat the mints and nuts yourself.

Uh-oh. No nuts? I thought nuts were okay. This is most certainly a catch-22 and NOT a win-win.
